Registration

All presenters and co-presenters are required to register for the full conference before 30 April 2008.

Registrants are reminded that early registration must be completed by:

• Filling out the Online Registration by 30 April 2008

• Paying the registration fee (see payment method)

Registration Fees and Deadlines

• Each participant can only choose one of the registration fee types listed above.

• Group fees are chargeable to each participant belonging to a group of at least 15. The same rate applies to every participant in the group, whether or not he/she is a member of Asia-Pacific Federation of the World Council for Gifted and Talented Children (APF).

• Registration fees cover the conference package, souvenir, welcome reception, lunch and refreshments but do not include post-conference workshops.

• The registration fee does not cover any kind of insurance. Participants are recommended to make their arrangements for their own travel or personal insurance.

School Visits

Each school visit is charged at S$50, which covers the cost of bus transport between designated hotels and schools as well as light refreshments.

Conference Dinner

The conference dinner is charged at S$50, which includes a buffet dinner and a ticket to the Singapore Youth Festival concert, held at the Republic Polytechnic.

2. Credit Card (By Mastercard or Visa Only)
   
   When using the Online Registration form, please select Option: credit card. This mode of payment is however not available for group registration.

3. Cash payments
   

   Cash payments are only allowed for on-site registration and must be in Singapore dollars. The registration fee for on-site registration is S$700.

Confirmation

Successful completion of the registration process will be acknowledged by an email. This confirmation email will be issued after confirmation of payment. If you do not receive this email, please contact the Conference Secretariat at apcg@nie.edu.sg to verify your registration.

Official Receipt

Official receipts will be issued to participants upon request at the conference registration desk during the conference.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and requests for refund must be submitted via email or fax to the Conference Secretariat by the main contact person no later than 31 May 2008; a S$70 processing fee will be charged. No refund will be given for cancellations made after 31 May 2008. Refunds will only be issued after 31 July 2008.
